I am busy as a bee after this last conference.  Very awesome.  I had tons of stuff on my desk I wanted to get out and so I have decided to give it to you with the fire hose method.

You may notice that I called this a newsletter.  My contact list is growing leaps and bounds.  I want to formalize my emails into a newsletter format in the future and add a blog so that my friends and associated can talk together.  I don’t have it all figured out yet, but you will be one of the first to know……

 

  • First - I have a preconstruction deal in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.  I got out the message too late for many of you.  I will give you the link to the presentation and have another one set up.  I saw this one and I liked it.  I am not running out to buy one of these for myself.  This is not my type of investment, but for some this could work out perfectly for them.  The appreciation in this area is around 10% and indications say it should stay there for awhile.  On the other hand the property is break even or slightly in the hole with no more that 15% down (depends on style of investment you want).  With that appreciation break-even is great and slightly in the hole can work.  I believe the buy in is anywhere from $1000 to $7,000.  These numbers are what I heard during the presentation and have not been verified by me.  If they are true, however this could be a sweet investment.  I will have Irene reschedule another call and give advanced notice.  You can get the presentation at:  www.teninvestments.com/content/sm%20resorts.ppt.  You must have presentation software to watch it.  If you can’t see the presentation just go to www.teninvestments.com and go through all the information on that site.  If you’re interested please contact me so Irene gets compensated.  She works hard to find these deals and get them out to you.

 

  • Second - I have a pre-development deal in Bristol, Tennessee.  These deals are unrelated to each other.  I have enclosed the email sent me from one of the developer’s representatives. 

 

  • Third – Bruce Weide is having his meeting tomorrow night and I wanted to send out a reminder.  According to Bruce there was a great response so THANK YOU.  I will be there so if we haven’t met yet?  The info is enclosed in the attached flyer.

 

NOTE:  I do not necessarily endorse any of these investments.  I do look at them and you never see ones I think are crap, but I do not check them out completely.  Do your due diligence and never invest any money you can not afford to loose.  If the amount you invested were lost, would it change your lifestyle?  If so, then it is more than you can afford.  If you have any deals you think are superior, awesome deals I would be happy to pass them along.  I have been sent a lot of stinkers that you will never see.  If you have better deals than I am sharing, help a brother out.  We all want to know what you have!

Hot off the WIRE:
